Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Central Visayas dated 08 September 2017.
2. The 34th ASEAN MEETING will be held in Central Visayas Province of Cebu which will be attended by senior officials from different ASEAN Countries and will also be participated by International media, business sectors and other guests.
3. To ensure the security and safety of the participants, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) will enforce a “No Sail Zone” to all ships/watercrafts transiting at the seawaters of the vicinity of Hennan Resort Alona Beach, Panglao, Bohol from 19 to 21 September 2017 or bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
