1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated 06 September 2017 received 13 September 2017.
2. Per reference, The First Balfour, Inc. with office address at Km 19, West Service Road, Brgy. Marcelo Green, Sucat, Paraňaque City, Metro Manila, will be restoring the fully concrete parapet along the bridges of LRT-1, part of it will pass through the Pasig River with the following coordinates:
