Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated 19 September 2017.
2. The Marina and other PCG Units, will conduct PCG Sea Parade and Capabilities Demo as part of the National Maritime Week Celebration on 25 September 2017 at vicinity waters of Manila Bay and will also conduct rehearsal on 22 September 2017 on the said area. The PCG will enforcing “No Sail Zone” on 22 September 2017 at the vicinity waters Pier 15 South Harbor to Manila Yatch Club bounded by the following coordinates:
