Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Central Visayas dated 18 September 2017.
2. This pertains to the upcoming Fluvial parade of Saint Micheal Arcangel feast of the municipality Argao which will be held on 190600-0900h September 2017 from vicinity waters of Poblacion pier, Argao to Barangay Casay, Argao, Cebu City with the following coordinates:

| Point B | Lat 09°52.28.52’N | Long 123°36.34.22’E |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
