Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Palawan dated 22 September 2017.
2. Tempest Wind Exercise will be conducted on 1400H to 1700H 23 September 2017, at vicinity waters off Puerto Bay, Peurto Princesa City, Palawan with the Following coordinates:
