1. Reference: Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated 13 April 2018.
2. The Wing-An Construction and Development Corporation has been awarded the Retrofitting/ Strengthening of MacArthur Bridge along Lawton-Sta.Cruz, Manila project by DPWH-NCR, PRRC Local Government Unit City of Manila and the Maritime Stakeholders in the area bounded by the following coordinates:
