Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message Acting Commander, Coast Guard District South Eastern Mindanao dated 26 July 2018.

2. On 20 July 2018 the Navigational Lighted Buoy PPA B, an East Cardinal Mark with MMSI NO. 995481002 had been reported to have drifted to an unknown location due to strong current. On the same day, Coast Guard Station Davao has located and towed said lighted buoy back to Sta. Ana Pier, Davao City. The said lighted buoy is presently under the custody of Coast Guard Station Davao.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas and the said dates are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
