1. Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon.
2. Above reference pertains to the Forthcoming implementation for the two China Aid Bridge project (BINONDO-INTRAMUROS BRIDGE and ESTRELLA-PANTALEON BRIDGE) that will be financed by the Government of the people’s republic of China through Bilateral Cooperation these two (2) flagship projects are parts of the Administration’s “BUIL,BUILD,BUILD” Program that will start from July 2018 to December 2018. The area of activity is bounded by the following coordinates:
