Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter of Instruction Nr. 1118-033 (Table-Top Exercise and Joint Inter-Agency Execise 2018) (PALAKAT 2018)
2. The Philippine Coast Guard will participate in the Table-Top Exercise and Joint Inter-Agency Exercise dubbed as Palakat 2018 on 12 and 13 December 2018, respectively. The said exercises were initiated by Anti-Terrorism Council-Program Management Center (ATCPMC) on a Local-Regional Command Incident Level bounded by the following coordinates:
