1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Arnel Quibael, Operations-Port Agency Services, Benline Agencies Philippines, Inc. dated 01 February 2018.
2. The DYNAMIC OFFSHIRE LTD. thru BARGE SIMGOOD 1 and BRITOIL 20 have been tasked to work in Mining operation in Gonzaga, Cagayan Province. Said Barge and towing vessel will assist in the exploration, extraction and processing of magnetite iron and other associated mineral deposits from February 26 to March 27, 2018, bounded by the following coordinates:
