Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District national Capital Region Central Luzon dated 14 February 2018.
2. The First Balfour Inc. with office address at km 19, West Service Road, Brgy. Marcelo Green, Sucat, Paranaque City, Metro manila, the General Contractor of Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) the current concessionaire for the maintenance and operation of LRT line one (1) will undertake the ongoing restoration of parapet wall additional sandblasting and painting works along the Pasig River Bridge from 16 February to 08 March 2018, bounded by the following coordinates:
