Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: IMO Resolution on Marine Environmental Protection Committee (MEPC) 71/17 (adopted on 7 Jul 2017).
2. Above reference pertains to the designation of Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park as Particularly Sensitive Sea Area (TRNP-PSSA).
3. In this connection, all types of ships of 150 Gross Tonnage and upwards is to avoid the Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park effective 01 January 2018 bounded by the following coordinates:

3. All ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned area are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
