Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Message Form from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District Bicol.
2. The Philippine Navy-Naval Forces Southern Luzon will conducting their annual training exercise codenamed “PAGSISIKAP” 2018 on 19 to 23 November 2018 at vicinity shores of Brgy Lidong, Sto. Domingo, Albay and Brgy Rawis, Legaspi City. It should be able to exercise operational level of Fleet-Marine operations under the helm of Commander, Naval Forces Southern Luzon (NFSL) to synchronize and coordinate Operational Controlled (OPCON) tactical units to address threats in the Area of Operations (AO) bounded by the following coordinates:
