Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter of Instruction Nr. 1018-028 Joint Communication and Anti-Piracy Exercise between Philippine Coast Guard and Japan Coast Guard.
2. The Japan Coast Guard (JCG) Ship “ECHIGO” (PLH08) is scheduled to officially visit Manila, Philippines on 23-26 November 2018. The Philippine Coast Guard and Japan Coast Guard will be conducting a bilateral joint exercise Communication Exercise (COMEX) to be conducted in Coast Guard District South Western Mindanao Area of Responsibility on 20 November 2018 and Joint Anti-Piracy Exercise to be conducted within Manila Bay area on 25 November 2018. The said exercise will be conducted in the area bounded by the following coordinates:
