1. Reference: Message from Coast Guard District National Capital Region–Central Luzon dated September 29, 2018.
2. Per above reference, personnel of Coast Guard Station Manila and Coast Guard Sub-Station South Harbor conducted assessed and validated for the exact coordinates of proposed NO SAIL ZONE in Manila Bay in connection with the 117th Philippine Coast Guard Founding Anniversary on 17 October 2018 bounded by the following coordinates:
