2. The Philippine Coast Guard will hold its 117th Founding Anniversary Celebrations on 25 October 2018 at its National Headquarters, Pier 15, South Harbor, Manila. To ensure the security and success of said event, the following areas are declared NO SAIL ZONE on 25 0100H-2359H October 2018.
