1. Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon.
2. Per above reference pertains to the request letter of Mr Lope Arnel M Evangelista, Stragerphil Site Geotechnical Operations Coordinator for DPWH-Katahira & Engineers International regarding the design project for Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 Upgrade (MMSS3U) under DPWH and Katahira & Engineers International that they will have to conduct soil drilling activity near the pier if Delpan Bridge crossing the water ways with the following coordinates:
