Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

2. The Philippines is celebrating the 23rd National Maritime Week (NMW) and National Seafarer’s Day (NSD) on 24 to 30 September 2018. This year is the Philippine Coast Guard’s turn to lead the celebration of the National Maritime Week 2018. Amongst of the activities is the CAPABILITY DEMONSTRATION of PCG floating and air assets at Manila Bay on 28 September 2018. A rehearsal will be conducted on 26 September 2018 at 1100H to 1300H in the exercise area bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times. All vessels are advised to steer clear of the designated exercise area while exercise is ongoing from 1300H to 1700H on 26 and 28 September 2018.
