1. Reference: Letter from Ms. Ruth F. Musa, Compliance Officer Port Agency Services and Ben Line Agencies Philippines Inc. dated 03 February 2020.
2. The Research vessel “EGS Surveyor” chartered by EGS (Asia) Ltd. will conduct cable route study and marine inshore and offshore survey operation prior for the Philippines submarine cable system, hereinafter referred to as “SCIP” on 07 February 2020 until 15 June 2020. The cable survey is of twelve (12) segments covering different regions of Philippine territorial waters bounded by the following areas:
