1. Reference: Letter from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region- Central Luzon dated 14 February 2020.
2. The Newbig Four J Construction Incorporation with office address at 21 Mustang St., Rancho Estate I Marikina City, will conduct construction/repair/improvement of various infrastructure including Local Projects-Pasig River Esplanade (Phase I) from Ayala Bridge to Jones Bridge along Pasig River, Manila City from 14 January 2020 to 12 July 2020.
