Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region- Central Luzon dated 10 January 2020.

2.  Above reference pertains to the NWSteel Technologies Inc. a general contractor of Ortigas and Company Limited Partnership (OCLP) to conduct construction of Circulo Verde Access Bridge, Barangay Amang Rodriguez, Pasig City along and across Marikina River on the date and maritime areas bounded by the following coordinates:
