Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Maritime Safety Services Command dated 22 January 2020.

2. LS BALAMBAN located at Poblacion, Balamban at Latitude 10 degs 30 mins 16 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 42 mins 35 secs East with light characteristic of Flashing 2 white light every 5 seconds reported OPERATING as of 21 January 2020.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
