Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Ms. Ellen T Balunsat, President, Silverquest Mining Resources, Inc. dated 04 November 2020.
2. The Silverquest Mining Resources, Inc. will conduct underwater survey methodology which involves exploratory drilling ad environmental baseline study within the Municipality waters of Ternate and Naic, Province of Cavite 15 November 2020u until 30 April 2021 in maritime areas indicated below:

| LATITUDE 14°17'00"N | LONGITUDE 120°36'30"N |
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
