Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: A. Letter from SAN MIGUEL AEROCITY INC. (SMAI) dated 09 August 2021
B. Approved NOTAM 173-2021 dated 02 July 2021
2. Above reference pertains to the ongoing Site Investigation (SI) at San Nicholas Shoal (SNS) Sand Sourcing Area in the coastal waters of Cavite Province, particularly the request to extend the validity until 31 October 2021 and the use of MPV KIM and MB STONEWORKS to perform SI tasks bounded by the following coordinates:
