Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Coast Guard District NCR-Central Luzon dated 24 May 2021
2. Per above reference, the San Miguel Aerocity Inc. appointed contractor, Boskalis Philippines Inc. (BPI), need to put in place six (6) environmental monitoring buoys to gather dredging-induce and natural turbidity values around the project area in order to comply with DENR Water quality guidelines in connection with the New Manila International Airport Project. The Turbidity monitoring will be conducted prior to the commencement of dredging operations (background monitoring) as well as during the dredging operations to ensure said compliance.
3. On 21 May 2021, MSSU NCR-CL personnel together with Commander, ANS and Tangos personnel and representatives from San Miguel Corporation and Boskalis Philippine Inc., conducted site survey and inspection on the proposed location of Environmental Monitoring Buoys in Bulakan, Bulacan.
4. During the site survey, the technical experts on both agencies ensures that proposed locations where the buoys will be installed were not considered as hazard prone to navigation. As per verifications, the proposed buoys have met the required specifications of navigational equipment and it is compliant to IALA standards bounded by the following coordinates:

5. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.
