Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Radio Message from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated 01 October 2021
2. Above reference pertains to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has set the one week filing of Certificate of Candidacy (COC) and Certificates of Nomination and Acceptance (CONA) for all elective positions for the 09 May 2021 National and Local Elections from 01-08 October 2021 this year. One of identified areas accredited by the COMELEC to cater the filing of COC of would be candidates for the upcoming National and Local Elections is the Harbor Garden Tent, Sofitel Philippine Plaza, Macapagal Boulevard, Pasay City for the positions of President, Vice President, Senators and Party List. Relative thereto, Coast Guard Station Manila will be implementing the NO SAIL ZONE at vicinity water off Sofitel Plaza Hotel, Pasay City on maritime areas indicated below:
