1. Reference: Letter from CAPT. FLORENCIO N. JAMPIL, MM, AFNI, PCGA, Fleet manager – Lighthouse ShipmanagementPhils., Inc. dated 11 October 2021
2. “MV CS Vega” operated by Fleet Marine Cable Solutions Inc. (FMCS). The vessel will utilize for marine survey operations at Carmen BMH to Romblon BMH on 17 October to 27 October 2021 bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.
