Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Ms. Ruth F. Musa, Asst. Operations Manager- Marine Agency Services & Offshore, Ben Line Agencies Philippines Inc. dated 13 September 2021

2. The tugboat “DN 79” owned by Jan De Nul (Phils.) Inc. and operated by Boskalis Philippines Inc. will utilized for the auxiliary equipment fordredging operations at Manila Bay prior to the Harbor City Reclamation Projects on 26 September 2021 and the projects’ estimated duration is 2-4 years bounded by the following coordinates:
