2. The Command will render Testimonial Honors with Fleet Review as CG ADMIRAL LEOPOLDO V LAROYA will be retiring compulsorily in the PCG Service on 10 February 2022. As a matter of PCG Custom and Tradition, and in recognition of his valuable contributions and accomplishments in his 38 years of excellent Public Service, a PCG Fleet Review of PCG floating assets will be conducted at Manila Bay on actual rehearsal on 08 February 2022, 09 February 2022 and the actual date on 10 February 2022 bounded by the following coordinates:
