1. Reference: Letter from Ms. Ruth F Musa, Project Manager- Offshore, Ben Line Agencies Philippines Inc. dated 09 February 2022
2. Pontoon “AST 1805” owned by Pt Awak Samudera Transportasi and operated by Boskalis Philippines Inc. will be utilized for the dredging and land reclamation at Manila Bay prior to the Harbor Reclamation Project. The said vessel arrived on 03 October 2021 and start her work on 07 February 2022 until 07 August 2022 bounded by the following coordinates:
