Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Western Visayas dated 20 January 2022. 

2. The LS BANAGO located at Banago Port, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental or at Lat 10° 57' 05.57" N, Long 123° 19' 12.49" E with light characteristics of Two (2) red every Five (5) seconds is NOT OPERATING as of 19 January 2022 due to damage of lamp charger and charging controller.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.
