Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. San Miguel Aerocity Inc. through their letter dated 13 May 2022 addressed to Acting Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region – Central Luzon will utilize the following Foreign Flagged vessels with their corresponding MARINA Special Permit (MSP) and Local Flagged vessels to conduct dredging works and operation at San Nicholas Shoal as part Manila International Airport Project:
