Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District South Western Mindanao.
2. Above reference, Coast Guard District South Western Mindanao will celebrate their 51st Founding Anniversary. The said anniversary will conduct a series of pre- activities to include Coast Guard District South Western Mindanao Response Capability Demonstration Exercise on 30 March 2019 and 02 April 2019 as one of the highlights on the said event. The exercise is designed to enhance Philippine Coast Guard capabilities in responding to piracy at sea and to exercise the command and control including communication line bounded by the following coordinates:
