2. The City Government of Puerto Princesa celebrates its 31st National Convention of Presecutor’s League of the Philippiness from 01-05 April 2019. The main event is the arrival of the President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to grace the said event. To ensure the security and success of said event, the following areas are declared ‘NO SAIL ZONE” on 041000H April 2019.
