1. Reference: Acting Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region - Central Luzon, dated 01 April 2019.
2. Per above reference, the SANDS Mining and Development with office address at 35th Floor One Corporate Center, Julia Vargas Avenue, corner Meralco Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines will conduct marine sediment survey and exploratory drilling within the municipal waters of the Province of Cavite bounded by the following coordinates:
