Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Maritime Safety Service Command dated 21 April 2019.

2. LS ALEGAN  located at CGSS Sta Ana, Cagayan or at latitude 18 degrees 18 minutes 34.82 seconds North with longitude 122 degrees 20 minutes 12.56 seconds East  with light characteristic of flashing white every five (5) seconds REPORTED OPERATING as of April 15, 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of abovementioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
