1. Reference: Letter from Acting Commander, Coast Guard National Central Luzon – Central Luzon, dated 14 February 2019.
2. Pertains to the above reference, the Olympic Engineering and Sales Corp. the sub-contractor of First Balfour INC., for the supply and installation of replacement fender panel and pads on existing LRT 1 along Pasig River. The said activity is bounded by the following coordinates:
