1. Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District Bicol.
2. Above reference pertains to the regatta event that will be conducted by the Philippine inter-island sailing foundation (PHINSAF) dubbed as the Philippine hobie challenge 2019. This event will initially start at Donsol, Sorsogon on 18 February 2019 and will end at Sicogon Island, Panay Province on 23 February 2019. Hereunder are the maritime areas that will be covered by the event and was bounded by the following coordinates:
