Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District South Eastern Mindanao.

2. LS OLANIVAN located Olanivan Island, Brgy Patuco Sarangani, Davao Occidental or at Latitude 05 degs 31 mins 21 secs North, Longitude 125 degs 31 mins 15 secs East with light characteristic of Flashing White Every eight (8) seconds REPORTED NOT OPERATING since 10 January 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.  

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
