1. Reference: Letter from Ador G. Canlas, CESO IV, Regional Director dated January 31, 2019.
2. Above reference pertains to the implementation of the project on major Repair/Rehabilitation of Permanent Bridges Delpan Bridge (B02991LZ) along M. Roxas Jr. Bridge being undertaken under contract with ARN Builders Inc. / Flordes Construction and Trading Corporation (J.V). This project, as part of the Administration’s Build Build Build Program, aims to strengthen permanent bridges to ensure quality and safety of the essential bridges in the metropolis. The said activity is bounded by the following coordinates:
