Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Acting Petty Officer in Charge, Maritime Safety Service Unit - Coast Guard District Southern Visayas.

2. LS AMLAN located Tandang Amlan, Negros Oriental or at Latitude 09 degs 27 mins 56 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 13 mins 40 secs East with light characteristic of Flashing White Every five (5) seconds,  REPORTED OPERATING since August 29 2018.

3. LS DUMAGUETE located Port of Dumaguete, Dumaguete City or at Latitude 09 degs 18 mins 30 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 18 mins 30 secs East with light characteristic of Flashing White Every five (5) seconds,  REPORTED OPERATING since February 07, 2018.
 
4. LS CANSILAN located Brgy Nagbualao Basay Negros Oriental or at Latitude 09 degs 23 mins 00 secs North, Longitude 122 degs 40 mins 30 secs East with light characteristic of Flashing White Every three (3) seconds,  REPORTED OPERATING since October 2017.

5. LS AMLAN, LS DUMAGUETE, LS CANSILAN update the status from NOT OPERATING TO OPERATING effective as of February 09, 2019.

6. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.  

7. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
