1. Reference: Letter from Arnel B. Quibael, Assistant Operations Manager-Port Agency Services of Ben Line Agencies Philippines Incorporation dated 31 May 2019.
2. Ben Line Agencies Philippines Incorporation is an agent for CS CABLE RETRIEVER owned by International Cableship Private Limited and operated by Global Marine System Limited. Said vessel has arrived last 27 May 2019 and was scheduled to conduct underwater cable repair in waters of San Jose Occidental Mindoro with following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
