Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Arnel B. Quibael, Assistant Operations Manager-Port Agency Services of Ben Line Agencies Philippines Incorporation dated 07 June 2019.

2. Ben Line Agencies Philippines Incorporation is an agent for Cable Ship “LODBROG” owned by Alcatel Submarine Networks Marine S.A.S. Said vessel arrived yesterday, 06 June 2019 and was scheduled to conduct underwater cable repair within the waters under the jurisdiction of the Philippines in the duration of 20 days with the fault position of Latitude 21° 19.0299’ North and Longitude 121° 52.6219’ East or at approximately 300 kms North of Philippine mainland, offshore the Itbayat Island.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting the widest dissemination of this information is requested.
