1. Reference: Rad Message from Commander, Maritime Safety Services Command dated 17 June 2019.

2. LS MATUTINDOClocated at Sitio Matutindoc, Barangay IV Sipalay City, Negros Occidentalor at Latitude09°24’15’’ North Longitude 122°24’15”Eastwith light characteristics of flashing white every five (5) seconds REPORTED OPERATING as of 16June 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of above-mentioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
