2. Correction to Notice to Mariners 172-2019. CS “CABLE RETRIEVER” will conduct underwater cable repair testing and laying operations between Allen, Northern Samar and Matnog, Sorsogon and Cebu and Bohol on 25th June 2019 until 24th July 2019 with the following coordinates:
