Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District Bicol.

2. Above reference pertains to the Philippine Navy, naval forces Southern Luzon together with USPACOM forces will be conducting its Bilateral Training Exercise codenamed “BALIKATAN” 2019 on 01 TO 07 April 2019 at vicinity shores of Barangay San Miguel, Barangay San Antonio, Zambales to enhance tactics, techniques and procedures and interoperability for Maritime Security Operations to address threats in the area of operations (AO).

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.  

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
