Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, CG-3 dated 23 February 2019. 

2. Above reference pertains to a capsized fishing vessel which was sighted at latitude 19 degrees 39.6 minutes North with longitude 122 degrees 02.2 minutes East or at vicinity approximately 6.3 NM NE off Babuyan Island, Cagayan Valley.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.  

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
