Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District Southern Tagalog.

2. LS MAUBAN located at Barangay San Lorenzo, Mauban Quezon or at latitude 14 degrees 12 minutes 30 seconds North longitude 121 degrees 45 minutes 08 seconds East  with light characteristic of flashing red every five (5) seconds REPORTED OPERATING since 27 February 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.  

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
