Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Electronic mail from MAJOR BAYANI FERNANDEZ, Australian Defence Force dated 21 March 2019.
2. Per above reference, the Armed Forces of the Philippines will conduct Urban Search and Breach Training including engineer activity blasting of concrete with the Philippine Marines at Ternate, Cavite. The operation will start on dates bounded with the following coordinates:
