1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated 21 October 2019.
2. Per reference, the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office of Mandaluyong City will conduct Fluvial Parade as part of their celebration of the 88th Anniversary of the act changing the name of the municipality of San Felipe Neri in the Province of Rizal to Mandaluyong. The said parade will start at Mandaluyong stretch of Pasig River from Barangay Mabini, J.P. Rizal to Barangay Buayang Bato, Mandaluyong City on the date and maritime areas bounded by the following coordinates:
